Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced from authorized wholesale distributors in the United States. We do not sell imitations, knockoffs, or gray market goods.

How fast do you ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. If you changed your mind, returns are still accepted within 14 days, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
