1. Free Shipping

All orders placed on mybetterprice.com include free standard shipping within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the best rate and delivery time for your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Most orders within the continental United States arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, and military addresses (APO/FPO) may take additional time.

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states (including Hawaii and Alaska)
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories

We do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking number for carrier updates to appear.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer
  • Customs processing for military or territory addresses

If your order appears to be delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us and we will help investigate.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Please keep all original packaging and take photos of any visible damage — this helps us resolve the issue faster.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at no additional cost, but delivery times will be extended.
