Thank you for shopping at mybetterprice.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of use
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the buyer
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or aerosols (if applicable)
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Issue a full refund of the purchase price, or send a replacement (subject to availability)

Please include photos of the issue when contacting us so we can resolve it quickly.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item, you may still return it within the 14-day window, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must meet the eligibility requirements above
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase price once the item is received and inspected

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary.
  3. If you've done both and still have not received your refund, contact us and we will look into it.
