Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team through the contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind about a purchase, we still accept the return within the 14 day window. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
Non Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return criteria.
